Through a proposal call in 2002 our firm with No. 10 Architectural Group of Winnipeg, Manitoba were selected to prepare casino designs for three different sites in Saskatoon. Given a very limited time constraint, each firm prepared a design for one of two sites, with the design for the third site being shared between the two offices.

This work was accomplished in four weeks, including an architectural rendering of each design by Liquid Light of Regina. SEPW Architecture Inc. was responsible for the 25th Street Design, which incorporates a hotel as well as casino and entertainment theatre.

The Riverside Design was shared between the two firms. The project is now subject to public and political debate and opinion, and it is uncertain that it will proceed further. Should it proceed, only one of the designs/sites will be selected from the three for construction.

The estimated cost of the project is $70,000,000.
