Pioneer Grain / James Richardson International moved into this 390 m² tenant improvement by SEPW Architecture Inc. and Mid-West Development Corporation in the Sky Harbour Office Complex in September 2001.
The aesthetic of the space was developed by experimenting with a modern interpretation of two agrarian forms, the seed and grain bin. Corrugated metal and seed forms celebrate the company’s rural paneling and pragmatic exposed steel fasteners of the boardroom re-interpret the traditional paneling usually found in such spaces. |
