Schematic design services were provided to Persephone Theatre in the summer of 2004. Through many meetings and much discussion a facility program was created providing a base for the early conceptual design shown. The overall project, as depicted below assumes that the site will eventually incorporate new MVA offices and Interpretive Centre, Tourism Saskatoon, speculative retail spaces, and potentially an interpretive centre focusing on international recording artist and painter Joni Mitchell.
