This 15 storey residential high rise is located in Downtown Saskatoon and responds to the City’s desire to increase residential development downtown.

Externally, the challenge in designing a residential high rise is in maintaining a residential feel and scale to a building that could otherwise look like a high rise office tower – which naturally would be uninviting as a residential building. Further, such a building is quite prominent within the contest of Downtown Saskatoon and, therefore, the architectural design should be timeless, attractive and contribute towards the architectural quality of its surroundings. From a distance the building contributes to the skyline of Saskatoon in a very positive way, and sets an important example for similar developments. Close up, at street level, the lower proportions, shapes, and design features of the building enhance the streetscape.

Exterior materials include brick, Tyndal stone, acrylic stucco decoration and green coloured, pre-finished sloped metal roof deck, green window and door frames with green tinted glass.

The building accommodates 97 residential suites of various sizes, manager and co-manager suites, dining room, kitchen, lounge, T.V. and games room, meeting rooms, offices, exercise areas, hairdressing salon, library, and other support facilities.
