The first warehouse conversion of its kind in Saskatoon, our firm completed the retrofit of this former tractor manufacturing facility for Olstar Developments in 2004. A total of 12 units were inserted on the upper three floors, over an existing retail outlet and new lobby for the units of the main floor. The basement was renovated to provide an amenity space, visitor unit, storage area, and mechanical room. A rooftop terrace was provided for the use of residents. Parking was provided on site in new garages and in a small surface parking lot accessed from the lane.
