The retirement community consists of a four storey, 51 unit condominium building featuring grade-level interior parking, multi-purpose room, and access to a central landscaped garden; and a four storey, 128-unit assisted living building including a dining area, common living room/games room, library, and assisted bathing and toilet facilities on the second floor providing a spa-like atmosphere for residents requiring more assistance with these activities.  

Both buildings are connected by a third floor overhead walkway which serves as the gateway for visitors to the interior courtyard and as a means by which residents in the condominium building can take advantage of the common dining and amenity spaces of the assisted living complex.
