A study was conducted for the City of Regina and Saskatchewan Property Management Corporation during 2000/01.
The general objective for the study was to develop the optimum comprehensive relationship of uses for the 8.19 Hectare (20.23 acre) site, including the conservation and re-use of provincially designated buildings, new development and amenity areas that integrate and enhance the site as a strategic location relative to achieving objectives of the “Regina Development Plan”, which includes the enhancement of downtown Regina, through increased residential population and promoting compact urban form.
Site development was done for two subsequent developers. Some of the images for the more detailed site development are illustrated.
