This 530 sq. m tenant improvement in the Sky Harbour Office Complex in Saskatoon was completed in September 2001. A very modern palette of materials – birch, stainless steel, granite, glass, and bold colours, reflect the tenant’s desire to emphasize the state-of-the-art nature of its operation.
The space was planned to allow natural light to penetrate deep into the interior by utilizing extensive mullion-less glazing between perimeter spaces and the central open office. Frosted ceramic frit banding was applied to penetrate to the interior while maintaining privacy in the perimeter spaces. |
