This professional service building, when complete, will house up to six tenants on a site bordering the South Saskatchewan River Valley Park System in North Saskatoon. An emphasis was placed on a simple form that would simultaneously rise from and yet integrate with the prairie landscape. Openings, courtyards, and reveals in the stone cladding allow the strong prairie sunlight to animate the exterior forms through the day.
