Along with Thomas Ferguson Architect Ltd. we were commissioned concurrently during November 1993 by PWGSC to provide Prime Consulting Services for separate stages I and II. Both firms amalgamated documents for a combined Bid Call and for the construction stage.
The new facilities include armourers’ shop: test firing range; four decision shooting studios; reception and instructors’ offices, locker rooms and a lunchroom, as well as certain renovations to the existing facilities. Provision was made for future addition of a new 50m range.
The planning and design of the new and renovated facilities closely follows the encompassing preliminary design prepared by Thomas Ferguson.
