Project Updates
Place Riel
The exterior cladding of Place Riel is nearing completion, landscaping will be completed in the summer of 2011. The food court and many related tenant spaces in the lower level of Place Riel are complete and open for business.
Interior fit-ups are continuing on the third & fourth floors. The main floor is open to the public.
Agriculture Canada
Master Planning work is underway for Agriculture Canada facilities at Indian Head. This involves planning work at both the Research Farm and the Tree Nursery. It is anticipated that this planning work will be completed in the later part of 2011.
YMCA
Renovations have been completed for upgrades to the lobby, cafeteria and change rooms at the Downtown YMCA in Regina.

RBC
Due to the growing populations of both Saskatoon and Regina, SEPW is pleased to announce our involvement in two new RBC branches, one at the corner of Slimmon Road and Herold Road within the Lakewood Suburban Centre in East Saskatoon and the other on Rochdale Boulevard, in conjunction with re-development of the Rochdale Crossing Mall in Regina.
Feedwater
The construction of the expansion to the University of Saskatchewan’s Heating Plant to accommodate the Boiler’s Feedwater Treatment System is underway. The completion of this project will provide the capacity for the University of Saskatchewan to efficiently return and re-use the condensate generated by the steam heating system for the expanding network of campus buildings. SEPW is acting as the architectural consultant for this important project.
Prince Albert North District Building - RCMP
Planning and design is currently underway for the recapitalization and renovations of the North District Building to serve a changing program and to coincide with work be completed for a new Prince Albert Detachment building. Work includes re-organization of the interior spaces and replacement of finishes; envelope upgrades and new mechanical and electrical systems that will improve the comfort and energy efficiency of this building, which was constructed in the 1970s.
Kipling School
Construction is set to commence this summer on Phase One of the school renovations that will house the K-3 in a new addition, and renovate classrooms for grades 4-6.
